4. All cashback amounts due are calculated by the formula: (total deposits during the promotional period- remaining available balance from the deposits during the promo period – total withdrawals during the promo period – total bonus credited during the promo period) x cashback % eligible at the time of request.
5. Any cashback amount due must be requested in Live Chat or by email by the player on the Monday following this promotion’s period, by 23:59 UTC. In case the customer does not request the cashback amount, any entitlement of the cashback is considered as void.
6. Cashback is credited on the real balance of the customer’s account. All credited cashback amounts are subject to a x1 wagering requirement before a withdrawal is allowed.
